Mr. Nakano, Unolab M1 student, gave an oral presentation "A New QUBO Formulation of Sensor Distribution Problem and Its Use in Quantum Annealing Computing" at 9th Quantum Software Meeting, Information Processinc Society of Japan.
We visited the IBM quantum computer adjacent to the venue of the 9th Quantum Software Meeting.This is the chandelier that illuminates the future! We would like to thank the IBM employees for their kind explanations.

There is a reason why many people in the Uno lab always wear smartwatches. We conduct a research in which we collect data from those smartwatches and analyze them to find out physiological and psychological states during various activities such as study and sleep.

The 80th JSAP Autumn Meeting was held at Hokkaido University, and Unolab M2 students, Mr. Kawahara and Mr. Tanaka, gave oral presentations on cell impedance simulation.
A Ph. D student Pooja Kenchetty gave an oral presentation at 10th International Conference on Molecular Electronics and BioElectronics (M&BE10) held in Nara.
Journal paper as an outcome of collaboration with Hiroshima University, which includes contributions from one of the Unolab almuni Yoshizaki and M2 student Kimura, has been accepted for publication on MDPI Sensors (https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/19/9/2067).
