We provide training for students in the field of electronics, biosensors, computer simulation, and data analytics. Examples include, but not limited to, the following:

Electronic Circuit Design

Analog/digital CMOS integrated circuit design using industry standard computer-aided-design tools such as Virtuoso (Cadence), HSPICE (Synopsys), Calibre (Mentor).

Electronic circuit systems built with commercially-available discrete ICs and modules such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino Uno, etc.

Electrochemical Biosensing

Development of sensors for medical, phermatheutical, biological, and chemical applications based on electrochemical impedance, current, and potential methods.

Multiphysics Simulation and Modeling

Computer simulation of physical/chemical/biological systems using commercially-available finit-element-method tools such as COMSOL Multiphysics.

Mathematical modeling of the above mentioned systems using equations, Python, Matlab, and Mathematica.


Data Analytics

Data analytics based on descriptive statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.
